Buyers trust me for one simple reason: I care.
My goal is to do more than sell you a horse. My aim is to match you, the dedicated rider, with a sound and well-trained companion appropriate to your skills and interests. With horses in every price range and discipline, I have exactly the mount for you.
My Young Rider Development Program starts with an evaluation / assessment lesson before aspiring riders move into Private Lessons. If you are a seasoned or experienced rider looking to refine your riding skills, I have room for you, too!
My Show Team—a group of extraordinary riders with the right combination of skills, dedication, commitment and passion—can be seen on major circuits in Eastern Ontario and Western Quebec. For information about Horse Sales, the Summer Camp, Private Lessons or the Show Team, contact me today!
Those who know me will tell you I will not sell a horse unless I am convinced you and the horse are a good match. My goal is to create a healthy and lasting relationship for both of you.
My horse development and training system allows me to take horses that show raw talent and maximize their abilities and potential to be champions.
I give my horses a comfortable, safe environment and only the best nutrition to ensure long and healthy lives. I then surround them with exceptional care.
I believe the only time you get top-quality horses is when you surround yourself with top-quality people. My horses are cared for exclusively by John Atack and Linda Berthiaume of the Bellevue Equine Clinic, and award-winning farrier and 2013 Team Canada member, Dan Corkery.
I have horses for sale in a number of different disciplines including hunter jumper, dressage and western pleasure. Check out my current selection. And come back often as there are always new horses available.

Horses by Hannah is the place to be if you love horses. We are passionate about horses and summer fun. Come experience the unique adventures of summer camp with us!
We are accepting children between the ages of 6 - 16 with a goal of providing a truly unique bond between our horses and your children. Children will not only understand the relationship between a rider and their horse, but also experience the basic of horsemanship, riding, stable management, grooming and how to truly care for these wonderful animals.
Our camp activities begin at 8:30am and end at 4pm. We can help arrange for suitable car-pooling as well as help schedule early drop off and late pick up if necessary. The children will ride twice every day with a morning instructional lesson and an afternoon pony game, or a trail ride. Pony games are often the highlight of the day. Campers will enjoy some bareback riding while playing mounted games through obstacle courses or relay races.
We offer a well equipped eating area / lounge which provides a cool place to sit and relax while enjoying their lunch break. Camp also includes nature hikes, arts and crafts and scavenger hunts throughout the weeks programming. All children will receive a camp T-shirt as well as horse show ribbons at the "end-of-session" horse show which is a great photo opportunity for parents and friends. A professional photographer will be present on site that day.
Space is limited to 10 children per session. The campers will be divided into 2 or 3 smaller groups for each of their riding lessons. We also have junior staff and some members of my show team to help with leading beginners, to help with grooming and tacking up. All of my saddles are equipped with safety stirrups and I supply an ASTM safety-approved riding helmet to all the campers for use during their lessons. All campers are required to have their own riding pants and paddock boots with a heel which can be purchased at Greenhawk Equestrian Supplies. www.greenhawk.com

Private Lessons are a natural step for aspiring riders who want to qualify for my Show Team. I offer Private Lessons in three disciplines: hunter/jumper, dressage and western pleasure. Private Lessons can also be designed for adult riders returning to the sport as well as casual riders who simply want to improve their riding skills.
I develop a customized lesson plan to match your goals and aspirations, and create a pressure-free and positive learning experience using a variety of schoolmaster horses. All Private Lessons are taught by me with support from my Show Team.
Private Lessons are $60 per session and include 15 minutes for tacking and warm up, a 45-minute Private Lesson and an additional 15-minute cool-down period. Riders are expected to commit to four sessions at a time, payable in advance.
Because space is limited, I recommend you contact me now to reserve your spot.
This is where my most talented and dedicated riders get to show their stuff.
I won't kid you, though. Joining the Show Team is a commitment, six months at a time, for serious riders and by invitation only. Show Team members have normally taken Private Lessons for at least two years.
The program runs from March to August, with two lessons per week from March through June and four full days per week for July and August. There are at least three weekend competitions on the AERSO circuit. Show Team members are also expected to share their knowledge with young riders.
If you visit my farm, you can readily identify my Show Team by their unique Show Team gear. Ask any of them what they think of the experience. I’m sure you’ll hear the dedication and passion in their voices.
Think you can do it? Contact me now to see if you're ready.
Take one look at the riders on Hannah’s Show Team and you will see the very characteristics that have given Hannah success as both a trainer and an instructor.
Hard work, determination and a lifelong passion for horses.
At 15, Hannah bought her first horse. When she sold it a year later, she realized she was hooked. Training and selling horses would be more than a hobby—she was determined to make it a career.
Working closely with local trainers and coaches, she eventually decided to move from Quebec’s Eastern Townships, first to Toronto and then to Ottawa, where she felt she could create a successful business.
Her years of developing riders and finding much success on both the Trillium and “A” Circuits, gave her the experience and skills she needed to develop her own business on a farm near Greely.
In 2013, she and her partner bought a property in Casselman that includes 16 acres and almost as many horses. The property features a beautiful stream and acres of rolling hills—the perfect setting for horses and riders alike.
This spring (2014), construction will begin on a new outdoor show ring, complete with bleachers. For Hannah, opening up her own horse farm has been a dream come true, one she would like to share with riders in the area for many years to come.

My farm is located near Casselman, just 5 minutes from the intersection of Highway 417 and Highway 138, east of Ottawa.
I welcome visitors, but please call ahead so I can give you the time and attention you deserve.
